**Changes made:** - Added video quality and sub/dub tags to romanian sites - Added a reading sub category in the romanian section and reorganized the sections for consistency - Updated descs and links - Removed [Topfilmenoi](https://topfilmenoi.net/) and [TopFilmeOnline](https://topfilmeonline.biz/), they both just scrape from [VoxFilmeOnline](https://voxfilmeonline.biz/) and have less stuff than it
