Organize the revanced section which is messy with redundancies and disorganized:

- better descriptions to differentiate between the official manual patcher, pre-built APK generator automated repositories, and CLI patchers

- kept starred only the official ReVanced which requires patching manually but it probably has the better support from devs

- moved revanced to a different section in storage. Because there is a bunch of links related to the project, and because this way it could be linked from reddit, twitter, instagram etc sections, since revanced patches all of those apps, not just YouTube

- deleted:
    - https://github.com/revanced/revanced-manager redundant github link, already linked from the main Revanced Manager link which is https://revanced.app/download
    - https://github.com/YT-Advanced/ReX-patches fork of ReVanced Extended that doesnt say the reason for forking so apparently its just a clone: 
    - https://revanced-apks.pages.dev/ this page only shows the latest release of Revanced APKs, so if that release does have an update for Youtube, but not for Reddit, you miss the Reddit APK which is up to date too. So Better link the release page in Github which shows all the releases instead.
    - https://github.com/inotia00/ReVanced_Extended this repo is just for issues and requests, not the tool itself
    - https://github.com/inotia00/revanced-patches/tree/revanced-extended this repo has the patches for revanced extended but its not a relevant link for users, it is for devs

- Debloated remaining wallpapers sections
- Added some descriptions and merged some stuff that fit the same desc
- Updated some names
- Removed [Wallery](https://github.com/metafates/Wallery), repo archived, only 6 stars and not maintained anymore
- Removed [Daily Reddit Wallpaper](https://github.com/ssimunic/Daily-Reddit-Wallpaper), doesn't work anymore and no longer maintained
- Removed [tanck.nl](https://tanck.nl/wallpaper/), not a wallpaper manager and its no longer maintained
- Removed [Chroma Galaxy](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.at2_software.terracollageapp), live wallpapers just loop and don't have good animation / quality
- Removed [GIFLiveWallpaper](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.awesome.giflivewallpaper), have to reapply the wallpaper every few days because it resets
- Removed [Ornamental](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lazybonesgames.ornamentaltheapp), have to watch ads to unlock any wallpapers
- Removed [AnyVideo](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mclwp.anyvideolivewallpaper), appears to have a shitton of bugs and doesn't work for a lot of people
- Removed [Reddit Wallpaper](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bryanwalsh.redditwallpaper2), last update 2021 and doesn't work anymore
- Removed [LiveLoop](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wallpaper.liveloop), have to watch ads to unlock any wallpaper
- Removed [Canvas-Downlaoder](https://www.canvasdownloader.com/), not exclusive for mobile and it should be moved to spotify tools since it fits there better, it has a lot more use cases than just using it to get wallpapers
- Removed [WallClaimer](https://www.wallclaimer.com/), has very strict and unreliable filters
- Removed [wallhaven](https://wallhaven.cc/search?categories=110&purity=100&ratios=portrait) from the mobile wallpapers section, it's already starred in wallpapers and not exclusively for mobile
- Removed [wallpaperaccess](https://wallpaperaccess.com/cat/devices), [wallpapersafari](https://wallpapersafari.com/), [positrondream](https://www.positrondream.com/wallpapers-all), [wallpapertip](https://www.wallpapertip.com/) and [backiee](https://backiee.com/) from mobile wallpapers, it's already in wallpapers section and mostly just has wallpapers for desktops
- Removed [wallpapercave](https://wallpapercave.com/categories/devices) from mobile wallpapers, doesn't have that much stuff for mobile and it's mostly just default wallpapers for different phones
- Removed [simpledesktops](http://simpledesktops.com/app/android/) from mobile wallpapers, play store link is dead
- Removed [Wallpapers_Phone_Mobile](https://t.me/Wallpapers_Phone_Mobile/), it's now a tg for buying insta followers
- Removed [/r/Verticalwallpapers](https://www.reddit.com/r/Verticalwallpapers/), went private
- Removed [wallpaperbetter](https://www.wallpaperbetter.com/), changing lang to english just redirects it to wallpaperflare which we already have in the wiki

- Removed [sfwallpaper](https://sfwallpaper.com/), small amount of wallpapers
- Removed [wallpaperforu](https://wallpaperforu.com/), no search

- Removed [hdwallsbox](https://hdwallsbox.com/), very small amount of stuff and not that good either

- Removed [wallhere](https://wallhere.com/), mostly fetish / barely sfw wallpapers, for the wellbeing of anyone still grinding NNN it should be removed

- Removed [papers](https://papers.co/), doesn't look updated anymore and the wallpapers aren't that good either
- Removed [suwalls](https://suwalls.com/), latest wallpaper uploaded in 2017, site isn't updated anymore
- Removed [GDrive Collection](https://photos.google.com/share/AF1QipO7LmX8oM3ZAyUuPAtwIWzbO5TjAppRfQ880DSuFR6jjcEzFysj4pAWThXUzO_tiw?key=aURJRDlneERpMmJnRmphdHRFRmdTMHJmbmlxZTNR), can't search or sort by categories so pretty pointless

- Removed [pikist](https://www.pikist.com/), not that much stuff and very generic
- Removed [wallpaper.dog](https://wallpaper.dog/), not much stuff and very generic
- Removed [ps4wallpapers](https://www.ps4wallpapers.com/), site is janky af and has nsfw wallpaper on the front page
- Removed [livelybg](https://livelybg.com/), last upload a year ago, very small amount of wallpapers and they don't look that good
- Removed [AnimatedBackgrounds](https://animatedbackgrounds.me/), it's not really wallpapers but animated backgrounds (with code provided) most suitable for sites or presentations, should be moved elsewhere
- Removed https://t.me/picsart_hd_background, no longer about wallpapers
- Removed [wallpapersite](https://www.wallpapersite.com/), not a TG wallpaper channel and also not worth being listed under sites since its just a google search for wallpapers
