Update STORAGE.md
- Debloated and de-bulked stock photo sites and stock video sites, they can now be moved out of storage
- Created an illustration sites subcategory and moved some stuff from photo stock sites to it
- Removed the vectors, downloaders, and telegram subcategories as there wasn't enough links to warrant a subcategory and the links there fit well in stock sites so I merged them
- Decided to remove general photo and video sites which were already listed in awesome stock resources since I don't see much point in keeping them here, they would just be in a bulk since they're pretty much the same and awesome stock resources formatted them with better descriptions and consistency anyway. The removed sites are:

- Removed [free-vectors](https://free-vectors.com/), most stuff has watermarks and is from shutterstock
- Removed [Free Shutterstock](https://t.me/freeshutter), inactive
- Removed [ChkCut](https://t.me/+1Sv-rAmiqwVkZTE0), 1 download per day limit
- Removed [FreeHD](https://vimeo.com/groups/freehd/), last upload 6 years ago and pretty bad quality
