Update STORAGE.md 
- Debloated and de-bulked stock photo sites and stock video sites, they can now be moved out of storage
- Created an illustration sites subcategory and moved some stuff from photo stock sites to it
- Removed the vectors, downloaders, and telegram subcategories as there wasn't enough links to warrant a subcategory and the links there fit well in stock sites so I merged them
- Decided to remove general photo and video sites which were already listed in awesome stock resources since I don't see much point in keeping them here, they would just be in a bulk since they're pretty much the same and awesome stock resources formatted them with better descriptions and consistency anyway. The removed sites are:

- Removed [pxfuel](https://www.pxfuel.com/), should be moved to wallpaper section
- Removed [depositphotos](https://depositphotos.com/), paid and requires acc to download
- Removed  [Illustrations](https://mega.nz/file/d8ES0RxT#r6WMKTc8kdthij76J8f2p0fsTHQZ0GvUxs82olNDLqU), 6.7 GB of illustrations...seems pretty overkill and bloat but someone can download and check whether they're worth keeping
- Removed [Objects](https://mega.nz/file/A9ciGb6J#ZermRxtupsNMdFT7JS3myfRKOTuyByqRZpOWWwY-nOM), doesn't seem worth keeping
- Removed [cc0](https://cc0.photo/), last upload 2022
- Removed [opendoodles](https://www.opendoodles.com/), not that many illustrations and they're already listed on blush
- Removed [openverse](https://openverse.org/), just has flickr stuff
- Removed [pixeltrue](https://www.pixeltrue.com/free-illustrations), paid
- Removed [stockvault](https://www.stockvault.net/), last upload 2019
- Removed [slon.pics](https://www.slon.pics/), empty
- Removed [aerophotostock](https://www.aerophotostock.com/), non eng and doesnt seem that good
- Removed [free-vectors](https://free-vectors.com/), most stuff has watermarks and is from shutterstock
- Removed [Free Shutterstock](https://t.me/freeshutter), inactive
- Removed [ChkCut](https://t.me/+1Sv-rAmiqwVkZTE0), 1 download per day limit
- Removed [FreeHD](https://vimeo.com/groups/freehd/), last upload 6 years ago and pretty bad quality
- Removed [motionarray](https://motionarray.com/browse/stock-video/?free=true), requires sign up to download

- Debloated and de-bulked Color Palette Generators and Color Pickers
- Reorganized a bunch of stuff in those categories since a lot of things were in the wrong place
- Color Palette Generators and Color Pickers can be moved out of storage now as their formatting matches regular sections
- Removed [0to255](https://0to255.com/), hard to navigate and nothing special
- Removed [Bootflat](https://bootflat.github.io/color-picker.html), not that good, not that many colors
- Removed [colorful gradients](https://colorfulgradients.tumblr.com/), can't copy colors from gradients, doesn't seem that useful
- Removed [CoolHue](https://webkul.github.io/coolhue/), not that many gradients and last update was 5 years ago, no longer maintained
- Removed [Image to Color Palette Generator](https://www.patorjk.com/color-palette-generator/), still in beta release, UI is basic html shit, doesn't seem maintained anymore and doesn't do anything better than the sites we already have
- Removed [colors.lol](https://colors.lol/), not that many palettes and most are shit, no longer maintained
- Removed [calcolor.co](https://calcolor.co/), not that good and requires signup for most stuff
- Removed [Cohesive Colors](https://javier.xyz/cohesive-colors/), not that useful
- Removed [ColorHuddle](https://colorhuddle.co/), just a site only equivalent of the microsoft power tools color picker, with not that many colors

- Removed [Chroma](https://chroma.spencerhamm.com/), literally just an enlarged default color picker + epilepsy inducing site icon
- Removed [Image Color Picker](https://www.appypie.com/design/image-color-picker/), requires sign-up
- Removed [Material Design Palette Generator](https://materialpalettes.com/), not that useful, only shows basic info
- Removed [Khroma](https://khroma.co/), training is slow as shit and doesn't seem that useful
- Removed [Colors](https://clrs.cc/a11y/), doesn't seem useful
- Removed [instant-eyedropper](https://github.com/miaupaw/instant-eyedropper), unsure what it is, no releases and last update a year ago
