Subject: [PATCH] Update LinuxGuide.md

Changes:
- Added section Desktop Environments
- Moved Xfce, gnome and kde to Desktop Environments
- Renames KDE to KDE Plasma
- Added: Budgie, Cinnamon, MATE, LXQt, LXDE
