Update STORAGE.md (reorganized Win ISOs)

Browse Source 
- Divided Windows ISOs into "Untouched" and "Modded"
- Moved Windows Ameliorated (AME) to "debloaters" because that's what it is now (it's software that you run after you have the official Windows installed.)
- Moved AtlasOS and ReviOS with AME because now they are "playbooks"(special configs) for this AME Debloater. ReviOS still has modded ISOs so I left this one in that section too)
- Put the ReviOS link together with its alt-link (they were in separate lines)
- Removed AtlasOS invalid Discord invite.
- Updated the link for MediaCreationTool.bat according to their redirect from gist to github
